To Do List

Ahh...the dreaded To Do List...I'm currently reading "Diary of a Mad Bride" and as her to do list grows, I've realized that I should make a more detailed one than The Knot has and I have no idea when some of these things need to be done, so putting them in a time frame seems silly. Also, it'll feel good to cross stuff off!

  2. Tell boss wedding date.
  3. Vacation time for honeymoon
  4. Decide on a honeymoon.
  5. Get minister.
  6. Choose venue
  7. Make guest list
  8. Choose maid of honor
  9. Choose bridesmaids
  10. Choose best man
  11. Choose groomsmen
  12. Buy girl's rings - Math got me a GORGEOUS diamond (though we may change the setting), and for a band I'm going to use one of my Grandma Leslie's anniversary rings.

  14. Buy wedding dress - Getting close...the dress has been started
  15. Choose bridesmaids'/groomsmaids' dresses
  16. Choose groomsmen's/bridesmen's tuxes

  20. Buy shoes - After buying about 4 pairs of shoes, I think I've decided on ceremony shoes, reception shoes, & after party shoes.

  22. Order ceremony flowers/bouquets (bride, bridesmaids, flower girl)

  24. Invites to rehearsal dinner
  25. Hire musicians for ceremony N/A
  26. Decide on dress code - it's going to be semi-formal. I'm wearing a tea-length dress but Math might do a top hat and tailcoat! hehehe
